Role Description The Vice President of Project Management is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and coordinating investor relations projects and strategies. The VP will lead cross-functional teams, design project plans, and ensure timely execution of deliverables such as fundraising materials, market visibility campaigns, and capital market strategies. This individual will manage budgeting, provide strategic direction, and analyze operational results to ensure maximum efficiency and results for clients. They will also collaborate with leadership to improve internal workflows and client service delivery. Qualifications Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to oversee multiple client projects and teams effectively Advanced Analytical and Project Planning skills to assess project performance and guide decision-making Experience in Budgeting to ensure projects are delivered within defined resources Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams in a remote environment Proficiency with project management tools and platforms Proven experience in investor relations, client management, or capital markets is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in Project Management is a plus
