Employer Industry: Government Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $50,856.00 annually Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Designated as a remote work position with occasional office requirements Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance Work in a supportive and collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion Contribute to the public service mission of assisting Colorado residents What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Provide technical explanations and information to staff, county clerks, government agencies, and the public regarding title and registration processes Stay updated on statutes, rules, policies, and procedures to provide accurate guidance Monitor staff performance to ensure adequate coverage and support in the Customer Service Center Research and process title transactions, including approving or denying applications Compile data for monthly reports and assist with customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in general clerical and/or call center customer service work Experience providing exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment Proficiency with office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office and Google Apps Strong data entry skills and attention to detail in reviewing and comparing data Ability to communicate professionally through emails, letters, and reports How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience as a lead worker or mentor in a customer service setting Familiarity with regulatory customer service environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls Experience handling sensitive and confidential information #GovernmentServices #CustomerService #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #DiversityAndInclusion "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
