Part-Time Mental Health Provider (TalkNow) TimelyCare is a clinically accountable virtual care provider built specifically for education. The Role We are looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to join our TalkNow Team. TalkNow is a 24/7, 365, on-demand telehealth service that exclusively serves the higher education student population. As a Part-Time Mental Health Provider on our TalkNow Team , you will act as a primary form of emotional support for the students and members (i.e. faculty & staff) we serve. We are looking for providers who have successfully completed a masters degree in professional counseling, social work, and/or marriage and family therapist who have worked with populations in need of crisis intervention, de-escalation, risk assessment, and safety planning. Location We offer a remote work environment. Work from home criteria includes but is not limited to maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements, HIPAA compliant workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the credentialing, onboarding, and training programs. Adherence to HIPAA and compliance standards, and all policies / procedures required for this role. Schedule Part-Time - (20 hrs. total) W2 - Part-Time Mental Health Provider (TalkNow) Friday & Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. If the shift falls on a holiday, provider will be expected to cover that day/time accordingly. Holiday spot bonus of $250 will be provided. Requirements For Contracted Services Completion of a Master's Degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy with Provisional or Associate License is REQUIRED Fully Licensed Mental Health Practitioner - PLUS Strong clinical writing, assessment, and active listening skills Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults, adolescents, at risk populations, or have worked in a community mental health, crisis support, or a college counseling environment What You Will Do Timely: Expected time to spend with a client during a session is 20 minutes + 10 minutes for documentation (no more than 30 minute sessions total) Bye, bye, burnout: Provide remote care from the convenience of your home or office while maintaining a healthy work/life balance Hassle free: Don’t worry about reimbursement, billing codes, or insurance credentialing.
