The Role You will work on plaintiff-side wage & hour and class action matters, including: Wage & hour class and collective actions Case development, investigation, and strategy Drafting complaints, motions, and briefs Discovery and litigation support Collaborating on high-profile, multi-state cases You will gain exposure to complex litigation with meaningful impact, working alongside experienced class action litigators.
