Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operation. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest interactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or similar hospitality positions is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting with accuracy Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments!
