Waitress/Server

Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS ensuring all details are captured correctly. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are served accurately and presented beautifully. Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, responding to requests promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for checks and tips. Requirements Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining establishment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for cash handling and check processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety regulations is essential.
