Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Waitstaff/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu options and reservation availability Take accurate reservations and manage waitlists using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently, ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of host/hostess station and dining areas Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Support the team during busy periods by assisting with basic food service tasks when needed Experience Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations best practices is highly desirable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
