Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented production Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be promotable and responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in an industrial facility. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We work a rotating 2/2/3 work schedule (with no mandatory overtime). 3 days (36 hours) the first week and 4 days (48 hours) the next week. No mandatory overtime means our people enjoy a 3 day weekend every other week. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, and equipment. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals to maintain a clean and safe environment. Work in a warehouse setting and be able to navigate through narrow aisles. Participate in food production sanitation and processing activities. Meet the requirements of commercial cleaning and industrial cleaning standards. Ensure compliance with food production and processing regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all employees. Collaborate with other members of the facility team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Experience with industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning techniques. Knowledge of food production and processing regulations helpful. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience with custodial duties. Familiarity with warehouse settings and the ability to navigate through narrow aisles. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other members of the facility team.
