Overnight Meat & Produce Team Associate (Text 'JOBS' to 240240 or apply online at careers.walmart.com ) Location:Store-Based PositionDepartment:Meat / ProduceEmployment Type:Full-TimeSchedule:Overnight (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM; schedule may vary; weekends required) Pay:Hourly Pay:$14.00 per hour (based on experience) Overnight Shift Differential:+$1.50 per hour Benefits Include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Employee discount Career growth and advancement opportunities Training and skill development programs Job Summary The Overnight Meat & Produce Team Associate supports fresh food operations during overnight hours to ensure departments are fully stocked, clean, and ready for customers each morning.Associates in this role focus on stocking, rotating, merchandising, and food safety while working with limited customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.This position also assists with other store tasks as assigned, following company policies and operational standards.Key Responsibilities Merchandising & Inventory Receive, stock, rotate, and organize meat and produce freight Correct shelf capacities and maintain modular integrity Set up, clean, and organize product displays Remove damaged, defective, or out-of-date items Complete required inventory counts, logs, and documentation Food Safety & Sanitation Follow all food safety, sanitation, labeling, and temperature guidelines Properly handle, package, store, and display food products Clean and sanitize equipment, coolers, displays, and work areas Monitor quality, shrink, and safety concerns overnight Operations & Teamwork Execute daily workload following company standards and procedures Communicate issues or improvement opportunities to leadership Participate in training and skill development opportunities Work collaboratively and respectfully with fellow associates Act with integrity in handling merchandise and following company policies Qualifications Ability to work overnight hours Strong attention to detail and organization Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Previous grocery, stocking, warehouse, or fresh food experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (not required) Physical Requirements Lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 25 lbs without assistance Stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and climb ladders throughout the shift Safely operate power equipment as needed Work in cold, refrigerated, or varying temperature environments Work Environment Overnight work with minimal customer interaction Exposure to refrigerated areas, damp conditions, and slippery surfaces Fast-paced environment requiring consistent activity throughout the shift Why Join Our Team Overnight schedule with higher pay opportunity Clear expectations and consistent routines Team-oriented work environment Competitive benefits and advancement potential Job Type:Full-time Pay:$15.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift:8 hour shift Evening shift Ability to Relocate:Beaver Dam, WI 53916:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
