Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and technician job preparation. This position plays a key role in ensuring field technicians and install teams, have the correct equipment, parts, and supplies needed to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple tasks throughout the day. What You Will Do Prepare daily technician stock and job orders Stage equipment, parts, and materials for scheduled jobs Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness Track and update inventory, van stock, tank logs, and freon logs Receive, inspect, and label incoming equipment and parts Process warranties and supplier returns Update job and inventory notes in Service Titan and Monday.com Ensure technicians complete required paperwork for returns and warranties Coordinate equipment and parts with office scheduling staff Stock warehouse supplies, drinks, and ice for field staff Remove trash, boxes, and maintain housekeeping standards Assist with ordering warehouse and job materials as needed What We’re Looking For MUST HAVE VALID DL Warehouse or inventory experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills required Experience with Service Titan or Monday.com is a plus Ability to lift and move equipment/materials as needed Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday, Rotating Saturdays Benefits Competitive pay Uniforms Tool Program Opportunity for growth Team-oriented work environment Medical, Dental, Vision – eligible after 90 days (full time) Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
