We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations & Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery of products to customers.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being on the road part of the day.Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery Maintain accurate inventory records Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles Delivery Driver Duties Safely operate company delivery vehicles Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner Verify delivery contents and obtain signatures as required Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Provide excellent customer service during deliveries Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs Strong attention to detail and organization Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working independently Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain) Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $22-$28/hour Overtime opportunities (if applicable) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Stable schedule and supportive team environment 401K ESOP Ownership after 3 years of employment Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
