Company Description CanPump is a trusted supplier specializing in pressure washers, pumps, and related accessories Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities include handling shipping and receiving tasks, picking and packing orders, unloading shipments, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment to meet business demands. Qualifications Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving and experience with Packing processes Ability to safely perform tasks such as Unloading, sit down Forklift Operation , and using a Pallet Jack Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods Prior experience in a warehouse setting is an asset Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it is preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills
