Warehouse Associate

OverviewCost Less Carpet is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.This position involves various tasks related to inventory control, order fulfillment, and the safe handling of materials.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience with warehouse management systems, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment.Must have forklift and pallet jack experience to move products safely and efficiently.Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods as required.Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for load-out and shipment.Ensure compliance with safety protocols while operating forklifts and other machinery.Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow within the store.Keep the warehouse organized and clean to promote a safe working environment.Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.Familiarity with warehouse management systems.Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.Strong understanding of inventory control processes and order fulfillment procedures.Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and efficiency in all tasks.Join us as we strive for excellence in our operations while providing outstanding service to our customers!
