Front End Associate Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the front end of the store. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments. Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and surrounding areas. Assist with packaging/palletizing and helping customers with their purchases. Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate. Follow all safety guidelines when handling and packaging/palletizing items.
