Position Overview As a Warehouse Associate at Element Tattoo Supply, your primary responsibility is accurately picking customer orders and supporting overall warehouse operations.Professional tattoo artists rely on us to ship the correct products on time.Precision and urgency are critical in this role.Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders based on pick tickets Verify correct SKUs and quantities during picking Assist with receiving and checking incoming inventory Stock and restock shelves properly Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Assist with transfers and general warehouse operations as needed What Success Looks Like Orders are picked accurately with minimal errors Strong attention to detail Shelves remain organized and properly stocked Inventory discrepancies are reported immediately Consistent adherence to SOPs What We're Looking For Detail-oriented and disciplined Able to move with urgency while staying accurate Comfortable working on your feet Reliable and punctual Coachable and willing to learn Team-oriented and accountable You don't rush carelessly.You don't guess.You take pride in precision.Why This Role Matters Picking errors affect shipping speed, customer trust, and company performance.Inventory accuracy affects purchasing and pricing.What you do in the warehouse impacts the entire company.If you value structure, accountability, and doing things the right way, you'll fit here.Pay:From $17.50 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
