Warehouse Associate - Floater Location:Gwinner, NDPay:$22-$25/hrJob Type:Full-Time Seasonal (Spring-Early Summer, with potential to extend or hire) About the Role We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate Floater to support our agronomy operations during the busy application season.This role is essential to ensuring timely, accurate delivery of fertilizer and crop protection products to our customers.If you enjoy hands-on work, long days, and being part of a fast-moving team, this is a great fit.Schedule Schedule:Monday-Sunday, 12-16 hour days during peak season 70-90 hours per week during peak season Long days and weekend work required Schedule varies based on weather, crop conditions, and customer demand Key Responsibilities Apply dry fertilizer and crop protection products to customer fields Operate application equipment, including floaters and support vehicles Perform light preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment cleaning Safely and accurately load, unload, and handle agronomy products Work professionally with growers and team members to support timely applications Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements; complete necessary documentation Assist with general agronomy and operational tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours Ability to operate or learn to operate agricultural equipment Commitment to safety and attention to detail Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills Previous agronomy or equipment experience is a plus but not required Why Join Us Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with agronomy equipment Potential for extended employment or full-time hire Job Type:Full-time Pay:$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Warehouse:1 year (Preferred) Outdoor Work:1 year (Preferred) Material Handling:1 year (Preferred) Loading/Unloading:1 year (Preferred) Heavy Lifting:1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Gwinner, ND 58040 (Required) Work Location:In person.
