Warehouse Associate

Fluid Motion, LLC - Manufacturer of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs - is looking to expand its operations and add a warehouse worker to one of our Arlington Locations! Hours:Monday-Friday 5 am-1:30 pm Pay:$20- $25/DOE Summary:Helps warehouse with loading/unloading of freight.Quarterly inventory counts and assists with shipping and receiving.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Basic computer experience- Excel and email required.Unloading of freight trucks and documenting receiving paperwork.Stocking and managing inventory locations.Experience with inventory control is a plus.Inventory completion is quarterly and annually.Production personnel support - Tracking down of parts.Track backorder issues and work with Purchasers to avoid/reduce production impacts.Operate forklift BOM verification.Load completed boats onto trucks for shipment to dealers.Initial building shutdown after shift.Order Shop Supplies.Empty shop dumpsters.Keep empty barrels organized and return to vendors.Put away Lamination supplies- barrels and pails.Receiving paperwork and verifying delivery of parts.Fill propane tanks for forklifts and boat tanks.Follows all safety rules and directives- timely reporting of all workplace injuries or near misses Other Duties as directed.Physical Demands:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis.Ability to bend, stoop, lift, climb, balance and reach for the duration of the shift.Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of shift.Ability to keep up with fast pace environments.Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Experience:Warehouse:1 year (Required) Work Location:In person.
