Position Overview The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including material handling, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, and forklift operation. Successful candidates are team-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts in a busy warehouse environment Load, unload, move, and stage inventory accurately and efficiently Pick, pack, palletize, label, and prepare orders for shipment Support shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory movement activities Maintain organized warehouse locations and accurate product storage Follow warehouse safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company SOPs Assist with warehouse cleanliness, organization, and workflow efficiency Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Work collaboratively with warehouse leadership and team members to meet operational goals Qualifications -Required Minimum 3 years of forklift operating experience (stand-up and sit-down) Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience Experience with picking, packing, and material handling processes Stable work history with strong attendance and reliability Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety and operational purposes Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and safety standards Preferred Experience using RF scanners, WMS, or warehouse inventory systems Knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety practices Experience with Lean, 5S, or warehouse process improvement initiatives Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment Ability to occasionally work at heights or climb stairs/ladders Why Join Us?
