Position: Night Shift Warehouse Associate Location: Spartanburg, SC Shift: Night Shift (Monday–Thursday) Hours: 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $19.31 per hour Summary Description While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate I is responsible for supporting production through scrap collection, grinding, baling, and material movement. This role helps maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse and production support environment. What You’ll Be Doing Supply and exchange scrap material receptacles to the Thermoforming Department Grind scrap and waste materials Exchange bags for regrind Weigh and stage full regrind bags in the warehouse Bale waste plastic that cannot be ground Empty trash containers throughout the production area Maintain housekeeping in the grinding area Support other housekeeping and material handling needs as assigned Perform additional duties as required to support plant operations We’d Love to Hear From You If You can recognize and follow strict safety procedures You have forklift experience or certification You have strong information gathering and problem-solving skills You can prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks You work well independently and as part of a team You are dependable and detail-oriented Benefits At TOPPAN Packaging Americas, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support overall wellbeing.
