We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team.In this role, you will be vital in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Your proactive approach will help us meet our goals of timely delivery and exceptional service.Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory efficiently.Manage warehouse distribution processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels and order status.Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy using order picker equipment and proper packaging techniques.Conduct shipping & receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation.Stock shelves accurately while maintaining organized storage areas for easy access and safety compliance.Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment to support warehouse accuracy.Support e-commerce order fulfillment by processing online orders swiftly through picking & packing procedures.Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in warehouse distribution or logistics environments.Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is advantageous.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 platforms, or similar inventory software is a plus.Basic math skills are necessary for counting stock and verifying shipments accurately.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely and standing for extended periods is required.Join us as a Warehouse Associate to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence!
