Job Description: Packing Associate Pizza Manufacturing Company Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packing Associate to join our pizza manufacturing team. The Packing Associate is responsible for packaging finished pizza products, inspecting quality, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities Package pizza products accurately and efficiently according to company standards Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper labeling Ensure packaging materials are stocked and organized Operate packing equipment and conveyor systems safely Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following food safety regulations Monitor product dates, batch codes, and packaging accuracy Assist with palletizing and preparing orders for shipping Follow all company safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Report equipment issues or product defects to supervisors Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Working Conditions Cold or refrigerated production environment Exposure to food production equipment and machinery Fast-paced manufacturing setting.
