Jacksonville, FL 32250 On-Site Starting Pay Rate:$18/hr Must have the flexibility to work some evenings (2p-10p) and some Saturdays (11-8) Lickety Split Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Control Specialist to support our fast-paced service operations.This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are received, stored, and issued correctly.The ideal candidate takes ownership of inventory accuracy, proactively identifies shrink issues, and maintains a clean, secure, and controlled warehouse environment.Key Responsibilities Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as needed Ability to work independently Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts and materials Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficiency and accuracy Pull and stage orders upon request for field technicians and operations teams Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies and shrink issues Enforce asset control procedures to prevent loss or misuse Process reverse logistics, including returns and warranty parts Deny and document improper or unauthorized material returns Complete warranty documentation and related paperwork accurately Maintain a sterile, safe, and secure warehouse environment What We Offer Stable, year-round work Competitive pay based on experience A fast-growing service company with long-term opportunities A critical operations role with real impact Lickety Split is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#INDP1.
