Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you play a vital role in ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and shipped to customers safely and on time. You will be an essential part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Verify products for accuracy and condition prior to shipment Prepare picked and completed orders for packing and shipping Receive inbound shipments, review accompanying documentation, and report discrepancies or shortages Move pallets and materials using appropriate equipment, including hand trucks, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks Shrink‑wrap goods to ensure safe loading, storage, and transport Ensure correct labeling and documentation on all outgoing packages Load and unload trucks from ground level or loading platforms Use computer systems and handheld devices for inventory management and shipping processes Stock incoming products and organize inventory throughout the warehouse Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused warehouse environment Understand and comply with the Tower Products Incorporated Employee Manual and Quality Policy Statement Qualifications & Expectations of successful candidates: Reliable attendance and punctuality A strong work ethic and positive, team‑focused attitude Flexibility and willingness to support operational needs Commitment to safety procedures and best practices Attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Basic math skills Comfort using scanners, warehouse software, and computer systems Ability to stand and walk for 90–95% of the workday Ability to lift, carry, and handle merchandise up to 50 lbs. safely (with or without reasonable accommodation) Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands Competitive Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Profit‑sharing bonus program Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Additional Information: Tower Products Incorporated 100% Employee‑Owned Located in Saugerties, NY Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities of the position.
