Warehouse Associate

Description Maytronics, a leading provider of innovative pool cleaning solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join the team.The Warehouse Associate supports efficient warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. This role also supports inventory accuracy, facility organization, and safety compliance. The associate may operate material-handling equipment (e.g., forklift) once trained and certified and performs other manual tasks as assigned. This is an in-office position based in our Duluth, GA location. Responsibilities: Receiving & processing shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices; report discrepancies or damage. Inventory management: Store and organize materials in designated locations; perform cycle counts and report variances. Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders to specification; ensure accuracy, labeling, and on-time shipment. Shipping: Prepare shipping documents and labels; coordinate carrier pickups/deliveries; load/unload trucks while minimizing damage. Warehouse maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; perform basic equipment checks and report issues. Safety compliance: Follow required safety procedures and PPE requirements; report hazards, near-misses, and incidents to a lead/supervisor. Team collaboration: Communicate clearly and work cross-functionally to keep receiving, storage, and shipping activities running smoothly. Quality & continuous improvement: Follow SOPs and quality checks; identify and escalate process issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
