Job Description
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks manually or using equipment Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety policies and procedures Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) Assist with inventory counts and audits Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Basic math and organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with good communication skillsWork Hours Typical shifts Morning Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM Night Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM Overtime may be required during peak periods Weekend availability may be required Pay / Compensation Hourly Rate: $30 $40 per hour (based on experience and location) Overtime pay (1.5x hourly rate for hours over 40/week) Weekly or bi-weekly pay schedule Benefits (if applicable) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan (e.g., 401(k)) Employee discounts Training and career advancement opportunities Work Environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required Use of machinery and equipmentPreferred qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States 18 years or older
