Warehouse Associate / Part Time Delivery Driver - Class C

If you are looking for a career where you will be recognized for your contribution and dedication then we have a job for you . https://career.middlewestpet.com/ Duties include but are not limited to: Working in warehouse when not driving Load/Unload truck Make store front deliveries (some occasional docks or drop pallets) Provide excellent customer service Keep truck in clean, good working order and report any issues Operate our truck in a professional and safe manner at all times Pick and pack orders in the warehouse (when there is no driving) Requirements: At least 21 years of age and 1 year driving experience Current Illinois driver’s license (minimum Class C- non cdl) Current or acquire DOT medical card Clean Motor Vehicle Report Ability to drive straight box trucks Excellent customer contact Must comply with FMCSA Regulations and company policy Ability to follow directions & willingness to learn Be in good health and physical condition with the ability to lift at least 30lbs repetitively Excellent performance, attitude, and punctuality Benefits: Newer trucks equipped with auto trans, air conditioning and hydraulic lift gate Home every night/No weekends $20 - $22hr with annual increases 40/hrs a week with available overtime ( Time and a half) Casual work environment PTO Paid weekly Paid vacation Paid holidays Health Insurance (Blue Cross PPO medical insurance after 90 days) IRA (Retirement program after 2 years) Job stability – 90% of our staff are long termers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Shift: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift No nights Work Days: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
