In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse flow.Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management, logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment while working in a supportive environment that values your contributions.Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently.Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment.Stock shelves and organize inventory in compliance with warehouse distribution standards.Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and accurately according to specifications.Manage shipping and receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound deliveries with precision.Use basic math skills to count, measure, and verify quantities during stock checks and order processing.Support warehouse operations by loading and unloading trucks, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to safety protocols.Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is a plus.Ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 systems, and RF scanners effectively.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing.Basic math proficiency for inventory counts and measurements.Physical ability to stand, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively within the warehouse environment.Embark on a rewarding career journey where your energy fuels our success!
