Location:St.Petersburg, FL Schedule:Full-time, Monday-Friday Pay:Based on experience About the Role Niche Cycle is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Shipping Associate to support daily operations in our fast-paced motorcycle parts distribution environment.This is a hands-on role focused on shipping accuracy, organization, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly.Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time Verify order contents before shipment Prepare shipping labels and documentation Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory as needed Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and shipping area Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization when required Follow safety procedures and company processes Communicate issues or discrepancies promptly Qualifications Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred Interest in cars, motorcycles, or powersports, with a basic understanding of parts and how they function Willingness and ability to learn additional product knowledge over time Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills (shipping or inventory systems a plus) Must have reliable transportation to and from work Excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory No criminal history; background check required Drug-free work environment What We Offer Stable, full-time hours Supportive, team-oriented work environment Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
