About Us STS Auto Design Tools is a growing automotive tools brand focused on innovative, high-quality products for professionals. We design and manufacture products using modern technologies including 3D printing. Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is a mix of hands-on fulfillment, basic computer work, and general day-to-day tasks to help keep everything running smoothly. If you’re someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and can handle a variety of responsibilities without constant supervision, this will be a strong fit. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Fulfill wholesale and purchase orders Perform basic computer tasks (order processing, printing labels, tracking inventory) Assist with organizing inventory and workspace Handle daily operational tasks (e.g., checking mail, receiving deliveries) Support light production work, including working with 3D printed products Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Reliable and consistent with good time management Comfortable using a computer for basic tasks Ability to work independently and follow processes Physically able to lift packages and be on your feet during fulfillment tasks Bonus (Not Required): Experience with 3D printers or manufacturing environments Familiarity with shipping platforms (ShipStation, Shopify, etc.) What We’re Looking For Someone proactive who doesn’t need constant direction A problem-solver who can handle day-to-day challenges High level of accountability and ownership over their work Compensation Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company How to Apply Please apply through Indeed and include a short note about why you’d be a good fit for this role.
