Warehouse Associate

A Warehouse Associate must assist the Warehouse Supervisor in their initiatives to correctly scan and maintain a live inventory which is supplied from inter-store transfers and products being received from manufacturers.Duties/Responsibilities:Scan parts in from manufacturers and inter-store transfers Pick parts using a scan gun to sell to customers Maintain tools, equipment and work stations to ensure smooth flow of process Follow standard operating procedures to ensure no errors are made with customer orders Use heavy machinery to assist in making sales Work cohesively with others Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent communication skills Basic understanding of sales and inventory Utilize tools such as scan gun and pallet jacks Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience with computerized inventory systems Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50-80 pounds at times.Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.Other Requirements:Steel toe shoes/Composite toe shoes WED-SUN, 9:30AM-6:00PM #INDJOBS Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $18.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
