Company:DuraEdge Products DuraEdge Products is a leading provider of premium engineered infield mixes, mound clays, warning track materials, topdressings, and other specialized ballfield conditioning products.Our scientifically designed soils help create safer, more playable, and better-performing baseball and softball fields at all levels, from youth leagues to professional stadiums.Location:Bagging Warehouse 3451 Petroff Plaza Pontoon Beach, FL Job Type:Part-Time Hours:Flexible Scheduling Looking for minimum commitment of 3-hour blocks per shift (e.g., afternoon shifts of a few hours).Hours can be arranged around college class schedules.Currently part-time with potential for increased hours as production ramps up.We seek a commitment for the full college semester, with the option to continue into the summer or return for the following fall semester.Job Summary:We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team at the Pontoon Beach warehouse.In this hands-on role, you will help prepare our high-quality ballfield materials for distribution by bagging, sealing, and palletizing products.This is an entry-level, physical position that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to a company passionate about improving sports fields nationwide.Key Responsibilities:Fill 50 lb bags with various ballfield materials (such as infield mixes, clays, and conditioners) using provided equipment and processes.Seal bags securely to ensure product integrity.Stack filled and sealed bags onto pallets in an organized and safe manner.Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.Assist with other light warehouse tasks as needed.Qualifications:No prior experience required -- we will provide on-the-job training.Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and stacking 50 lb bags repeatedly.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Must be at least 18 years old.Ideal for college students seeking part-time work with flexible scheduling.What We Offer:Flexible hours that accommodate college schedules.Opportunity for consistent part-time work throughout the semester (and potential summer extension or return in fall).Potential for more hours as our production grows.Work in a supportive environment with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.Be part of producing materials trusted by ballfields across the country, including professional and collegiate levels.DuraEdge Products is an equal opportunity employer..
