Job responsibilities The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for different tasks within Supply Chain and Logistics department: Reception, Shipping, Inventory management, data input and different projects linked to Client Care Services. Reception/Shipping: manage the reception and shipment of parcels containing Louis Vuitton products to be repaired. After a reasonable training period, meet daily target of efficiency in term of speed and quality Inventory management: manage the stock of products to be repaired and stock of spare parts according to processes, take part to inventory audit, create/optimize storage locations, picking, packing. Data input: use of different IT tools within the organization to enrich tracking of the activity and sharing with other departments within Customer Care Services. Communicate effectively with workflow leads, supervisors and managers to identify and solve any issue raised during the daily operations. Interact with care with other departments (artisans repairing products, client advisors in contact with stores and customers) for collective problem solving and knowledge sharing in order to improve processes and collective efficiency Participate in improvement projects within the company * Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
