Warehouse Coordinator

Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking a candidate for our warehouse who will coordinate shipping/receiving, as well as deliver materials to job sites. This position is onsite in Kent, WA . Hours are Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm . Key Responsibilities Customer Communication: Answering inquires and collaborating with other departments to deliver customer needs. Work Order Management: Monitoring open work orders and coordinating with dispatch to close out jobs quickly. Process Service Requests: Creating work orders and providing basic inside sales quotes. Parts Handling: Shipping and receiving, pick up, transport, and delivery of parts to service technicians and job sites. Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating logistics and maintaining accurate inventory records. Requirements Organizational skills & attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Customer service skills Effective communication skills Computer/keyboard proficient Salary Description $24-28.00/hr
