Warehouse/Customer Service

USIG -Venice, FL is a national flooring installation company seeking a Warehouse / Customer Service associate.JOB DESCRIPTION - Use forklift to unload and load trucks, stack inventory in a safe manner. Assisting installers with loading of materials for installations. Inspection of forklift (daily) and report any potential hazards or concerns. Bailing of carpet padding - Inventory counts - Receive and tag carpets - Process return items - Indoor/outdoor branch maintenance as needed - Assist in the office supporting General Manager as needed with the following: Call customers with installer ETA and scheduling changes. Conduct Post-Installations Customer Surveys - Act with confidence by answering or finding the answers to customer questions and finding solutions to customer issues. Communicating with Technicians in the field - Data Entry of job summaries, purchase order information and tracking of delayed purchase orders.JOB REQUIREMENTS 2years of warehouse experience required.1years of Inventory a strong plus.Strong phone presence required.Previous Customer Service experience a strong plus.Previous forklift experience required, forklift certification a strong plus.Strong computer skills required.Previous flooring experience will be a strong plus.Be capable of repeatedly lifting and moving products with weights up to 50 lbs.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$16.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Customer Service:2 years (Required) Work Location:In person.
