Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in warehouse operations, dispatch coordination, or inventory management. Basic understanding of lottery regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a lottery or gaming environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and dispatch software. Forklift certification or other relevant equipment operation licenses. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required. Responsibilities: Manage and organize warehouse inventory, including receiving, storing, and tracking products and lottery materials. Coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers and retail locations. Handle lottery ticket distribution, validation, and record-keeping in compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to inventory levels, dispatch schedules, and lottery transactions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistical issues and improve operational efficiency. Skills: In this role, strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential to manage warehouse inventory and dispatch schedules effectively. Attention to detail is critical when handling lottery tickets to ensure compliance with legal standards and prevent errors.
