Job Summary: Humano, a third-party warehouse provider, is seeking Warehouse General Labor/Dock Workers for 2nd Shift in Taftville, CT.The starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $25 per hour based on performance and production.This position offers benefits, referral bonuses, and a supportive work environment. Shifts 2nd Shift:Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM or until work is complete.Saturdays may be required during peak seasons. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older.Ability to lift 35-51 lbs unassisted.Willingness to train.Prior warehouse or similar labor experience preferred. Responsibilities: Unload, receive, load, and pick orders.Palletize products and perform general warehouse duties as assigned.Maintain a clean and safe workspace.Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals.
