Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a dependable, positive, and flexible Warehouse Helper & Delivery Driver to join our Boulder team! This role is more than just dropping off boxes, you’ll play a key part in keeping our technicians equipped, our warehouse organized, and our clients taken care of. What the Job is Like: No two days look the same. Some mornings you may start with vendor pickups, then head out with parts for a job site, and finish the day helping restock the warehouse. Other days, a client’s urgent need may change your route at the last minute. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, stays flexible when plans shift, and brings a great attitude to every situation. What You’ll Do: Pick up stock from vendor warehouses Deliver parts and equipment to job sites Help with restocking and organizing inventory Adjust to last-minute schedule changes with professionalism Occasionally interact with clients, representing our company with friendliness and professionalism What We’re Looking For: A clean driving record and valid driver’s license Ability to safely lift 50 lbs Dependable, punctual, and flexible with changing schedules A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to go above and beyond Strong customer service mindset: polite, professional, and respectful when interacting with clients Why Work With Us: At Meyers, we know our success depends on our people.
