Warehouse Inventory Control Associate / Order Picker

Job Summary: Humano is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Control Associate to join our team.The role involves operating an Order Picker (OP) to complete daily cycle count lists.This individual will receive a count list each day and escalate any issues to the Inventory Control team for support.The position requires self-motivation, the ability to work independently with minimal direction, and a strong attention to detail. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is a must Ability to operate an Order Picker (OP) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent organizational skills Responsibilities: Operate an Order Picker (OP) to complete daily cycle count lists Work with the Inventory Control team to escalate and resolve any inventory issues Maintain accurate inventory records and documents Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and policies Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment Perform other duties as assigned Work Schedule: This is a Monday-Friday first shift position, approximately 40 hours per week.The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and able to adhere to the schedule.
