Brooklyn, NY (On-site) | $80,000–$100,000 + Benefits | Full-Time About Billfold (Billfold.tech) Billfold is a payments and operating system built for live events, venues, and high-volume environments. We power transactions, hardware, and infrastructure across festivals, stadiums, and experiential spaces—processing millions of transactions and enabling seamless on-site operations. The Role We’re hiring an Inventory & Logistics Lead to own and build our warehouse and inventory operations from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing systems, implementing processes, and ensuring accurate, efficient movement of all hardware across deployments. What You Will Own Warehouse & Inventory Systems Own all warehouse and inventory operations, including system design and process implementation Evaluate, implement, and manage a warehouse management system (WMS) Build and enforce SOPs for inventory intake, tracking, fulfillment, and reconciliation Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across warehouse and field operations Lead cycle counts, audits, and full physical inventories Reduce shrink and inventory discrepancies Logistics & Fulfillment Own all shipping, receiving, and distribution workflows Manage relationships with shipping vendors and negotiate rates Ensure accurate, timely communication of shipment status Optimize fulfillment speed, cost, and reliability Planning & Operations Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with operations teams Support hardware procurement planning and budgeting Improve warehouse workflows to increase throughput and efficiency Team Leadership Manage and develop warehouse support staff Lead onboarding, training, and performance management Set priorities and ensure accountability What Success Looks Like Inventory accuracy consistently above 98% Reduced shrink and discrepancies Reliable, on-time fulfillment Scalable systems in place Clear visibility into inventory Qualifications Required 5+ years in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations Experience building or improving inventory systems Strong understanding of inventory controls Experience managing workflows or small teams Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Experience in hardware or electronics environments Familiarity with RFID or tracking technologies Experience in live events or hospitality environments Technical troubleshooting ability Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to move equipment up to 100 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
