Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse / Inventory Manager to lead our supply chain operations and optimize inventory control processes.In this pivotal role, you will oversee warehouse distribution, procurement, and materials handling, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and efficient stock management.Your expertise in data analytics, process improvement, and supplier management will drive operational excellence, support strategic sourcing initiatives, and enhance overall supply chain performance.This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence logistics strategies, implement innovative solutions, and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced organization committed to excellence.Responsibilities Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and materials handling.Oversee procurement activities and develop sourcing strategies to optimize costs and quality.Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms such as AS400 or SAP, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to analyze supply chain data and identify improvement opportunities.Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, stockouts, or process inefficiencies; implement corrective actions for continuous process improvement.Lead demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and inventory replenishment strategies using analytics tools such as Nielsen or demand planning software.Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management, supply chain logistics, or inventory control within a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including procurement, sourcing, demand planning, and category management.Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., AS400), warehouse management systems (WMS), SQL for data collection and analysis, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and utilize data mining techniques for process optimization.Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred.Ability to lead process improvements using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma; experience with MRP systems is a plus.Strong negotiation skills coupled with supplier management expertise; capable of managing contracts effectively.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.Join us in shaping innovative supply chain solutions that propel our organization forward!
