Warehouse Janitor / Facility Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and energetic Warehouse Facility Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout our warehouse and office areas.This role is responsible for daily cleaning tasks that keep the facility hygienic, well-maintained, and welcoming for employees and visitors.The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace.This is a full-time, daily janitorial position within our warehouse facility -- not a temporary cleaning contract or outside service role.We are looking for someone reliable who wants a stable, long-term position helping keep our building in excellent condition.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of warehouse floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure a spotless environment.Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and loading docks.Conduct routine trash removal and recycling to keep the facility tidy and organized.Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.Support floor care activities including stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing floors to maintain their appearance and durability.Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or hazards within the workspace.Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or industrial setting preferred.Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices.Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and floor scrubbers.Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to safety and cleanliness.Join our team as a Warehouse Janitor / Facility Cleaner where your efforts directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment!
