Requirements Position Snapshot The Warehouse Maintenance Associate is responsible for supporting the maintenance, safety, and organization of the warehouse facility, equipment, and dock areas. This role ensures industrial equipment remains operational, the facility is maintained to company standards, and all maintenance-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. To be successful in this role you will: Perform weekly watering, cleaning, and inspection of all equipment batteries (forklifts, pallet jacks, scrubbers, scissor lifts) Identify and report battery issues including leaks, damaged cables, loose connections, and charging failures Maintain organization of Red Bull and other product coolers on the dock, ensuring proper pallet placement and accessibility Keep dock areas clean, organized, and free of debris to support safe operations Assist in spill cleanup and general warehouse housekeeping Support facility maintenance projects including painting safety lines, installing signage, and minor repairs Perform deep cleaning tasks such as pressure washing docks, floors, and exterior areas Inspect warehouse for safety hazards and report issues immediately Ensure maintenance tools, supplies, and work areas are properly organized and stored Communicate all maintenance needs, repairs, and issues in a timely manner Assist warehouse operations when needed Requirements and Education: Physical: Ability to repetitively lift 20-45 lbs. Intermittently lift up to 75 lbs. 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Ability to work with technology/applications/iPad Reliable automobile transportation. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
