We’re currently seeking a Material Handler to join our growing team at Residential Commercial Insulation in Lake Villa, IL. Key Responsibilities Assist installers and supervisors by preparing vehicles, equipment, and materials for daily jobs Load, unload, fuel, inspect, and maintain company vehicles and job equipment, reporting any issues Receive, stock, organize, and manage inventory and deliveries in the warehouse Perform general warehouse and property upkeep, including housekeeping, parking lot care, and seasonal maintenance Ensure company property, vehicles, and facilities are always secured and represent Residential Commercial Insulation professionally Working Conditions Lift and carry insulation materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Operate/Work around Forklifts and loading equipment Qualifications Required Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license and clean MVR Preferred: Forklift Operation Certification and Experience Hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or insulation installation Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices The Goley Advantage When you join our team, you’re not just taking a job — you’re investing in your future.
