Warehouse Manager This is a full-time position and hours are: Mon – Fri 9am to 6pm We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our distribution center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes. This role requires experience working in a distribution facility, strong people and communication skills (we value leaders who inspire their team) and in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations (Shipping & Receiving, UPS and Freight operations, Deliveries & Will Call Services and Inventory Control). Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse activities. Ensure efficient shipping, receiving and order fulfillment processes. Foster a collaborative, positive work environment. Monitor Inventory accuracy and manage workflow schedules. Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management within a distribution center environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of warehouse employees. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Familiarity with freight logistics and inventory management systems. Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, particularly lean methodologies. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
