Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will oversee inventory management, streamline warehouse distribution processes, and ensure efficient logistics processes. Your leadership will drive continuous process improvements, maintain safety standards, and support our team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling. Coordinate logistics for timely delivery and pickup of medical supplies and equipment, including heavy lifting and mechanical tasks. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize warehouse layout and distribution methods. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and reconcile discrepancies promptly. Perform basic equipment repairs. Qualifications Proven experience managing warehouse operations with a strong background in inventory management and logistics. Prior warehouse supervisor or management experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with inventory management systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process documentation. Proficiency in MS Office including Excel knowledge. Experience with perpetual inventory. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to lift and stack boxes weighing up to 50lbs. Must be able to drive a delivery van when required.
