About Palmer Wholesale Fireworks Palmer Wholesale Fireworks is a growing fireworks distributor serving retailers across Texas and the United States. We focus on strong customer relationships, efficient operations, and providing high-quality fireworks products to our customers. We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to help oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory organization, shipping and receiving, and warehouse team coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment, leading a team, staying organized, and helping keep operations running efficiently during both regular and peak seasons. Position Overview The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations and helping ensure inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse workflows are handled efficiently and accurately. This role works closely with operations, sales, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse staff to support overall business operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflows Coordinate warehouse team activities and priorities Help ensure customer orders are picked accurately and on time Monitor warehouse organization and cleanliness Assist with inventory organization and bin management Shipping & Receiving Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Assist with container unloading and receiving processes Verify incoming inventory quantities and condition Coordinate customer pickups and outbound freight shipments Inventory Support Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Help maintain accurate inventory records Work with operations and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies Monitor inventory organization and product locations Team Coordination & Leadership Help train and support warehouse staff Assist with scheduling and workflow coordination Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment Support team during peak operational periods Safety & Compliance Follow and help enforce warehouse safety procedures Assist with maintaining compliance for fireworks storage and handling Promote safe equipment and warehouse practices Qualifications Required Strong organizational skills Ability to lead and coordinate a team Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Ability to lift and move warehouse products as needed Experience supporting day-to-day warehouse or distribution operations Preferred (Not Required) Warehouse leadership or management experience Wholesale or distribution experience Inventory management experience Forklift experience Microsoft Office or inventory system experience Fireworks industry experience What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Comfortable leading a team Able to stay calm and efficient in fast-paced environments Safety-conscious A team player with a positive attitude Compensation $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience) Full-time position Opportunity for growth Schedule Full-time Monday – Friday for non-peak seasons Additional hours will be available during peak seasons Peak Season Schedule Monday – Saturday from 6/1/2026 through 6/20/2026 Monday – Sunday from 6/21/2026 through 7/4/2026 About the Work Environment Fun and fast-paced wholesale distribution environment Team-oriented atmosphere High-energy operation Growing company with long-term opportunities How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief description of your experience.
