Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chicago, IL, for a Warehouse Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, and implementing processes to enhance productivity. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory levels, coordinating shipping and receiving, optimizing warehouse organization, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Warehouse Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional service to support customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Operations Management and Warehouse Management Strong Inventory Control skills, ensuring accurate stock levels and processes Supervisory Skills with experience in leading and managing warehouse teams Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or related software Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
