Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor based in Jessup, MD. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day activities within the warehouse, including coordinating staff schedules, managing inventory, and monitoring workflow to ensure efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, providing leadership and training to staff, and resolving operational challenges. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and train staff. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of inventory management processes and warehouse operations best practices. Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic IT tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Experience in logistics or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
