Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Package Associates.This is an entry-level opportunity, and no prior experience is required--full training will be provided to help you feel confident in your role.As a Warehouse Package Associate, you will help prepare, organize, and move packages to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to creating a supportive, inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.Responsibilities Pick and pack items based on simple order instructions Prepare packages for shipment, including sealing and labeling boxes Sort and organize packages in designated areas Load and unload shipments safely and carefully Check items for accuracy and report any damaged or missing products Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards Follow basic safety guidelines and company procedures Work closely with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently Qualifications No previous experience is required; all training will be provided You are able to perform Picking & packing tasks accurately and efficiently You are comfortable with Packing items securely for shipment You demonstrate strong Teamwork skills and work well with others You have Basic English skills to understand instructions and communicate effectively You show Attention to detail when handling packages and labeling orders You are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn You can follow simple instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Pay:$23.78 - $28.64 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:Remote.
