Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Package Associate to join our team.This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required--full training will be provided.In this role, you will help prepare packages, organize inventory, and support daily warehouse operations.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage anyone who is dependable, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a supportive team to apply.Responsibilities Receive, sort, and organize incoming packages and shipments Pick and pack items accurately for outgoing orders Label packages clearly and prepare them for shipping Load and unload items safely as needed Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe Assist with basic inventory counts and restocking Follow simple instructions and safety guidelines provided during training Work with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently Qualifications No previous experience is required, and all training will be provided You are able to perform picking & packing tasks with care and accuracy You are comfortable with packing items securely and efficiently You work well in a team and communicate respectfully with others You have basic English skills to understand instructions and workplace safety practices You demonstrate attention to detail when handling packages and inventory You are reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn You are able to follow directions and complete tasks on time Pay:$23.72 - $28.57 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:Remote.
